BUYER’S INSPECTION
If you are buying a home, it is in your best interest to have it inspected first.
Why Get a Buyer’s Inspection?
- All homes need to be Maintained. Many issues end up going unnoticed or may appear functional in appearance but may be near the end of their life.
- Homeowner Repairs are often not performed correctly and can be unsafe, dangerous, or may fail in the near future. Better to know about them ahead of time.
- Allows you to Prepare and Save for any large repairs that may need to be done.
- We are here to serve you! You will receive a professional and detailed, Unbiased report of the home.
- Provides a Peace of Mind about your investment.
- Once a contract for service has been signed, and all initial questions have been answered we begin a thorough inspection of the home. We encourage our clients to accompany us throughout the inspection.
- Following the inspection we prepare a report of the home that is typically available within 24 hours (although we aim for the same day). A digital copy of the report is sent out via email and a hard copy is available upon request.
- Details of the items that are in need of correction.
- Pictures of different items that are in need of correction.
- Descriptions of the Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems in the house.
- Free consultation regarding the report
We adhere to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) for all of our inspections. A complete list can be found at ashi.org or requested by email.
